The fun interaction among Japanese and Southeast Asian students in both game activities and topic discussions was very enjoyable.
Q. How did the participation in the workshop helped to nurture your current self?
Some frictions may occur when deciding on topics or certain presentation points, but it brought out the creativity and cultural nuances in every individual in these sessions. It helped with understanding multi-cultural teamwork and communication methods along the way.
Q. In your opinion, what experiences from the workshop can contribute to the growth of globalization in Japan?
As mentioned above, multi-cultural teamwork and communication methods would help both Japanese and non-Japanese to better understand how each other work and help strengthening the connection of Japan with the world in the new era of diversity.
