Even until now, I still remember the member of my team in the previous 2015 workshop. There is one very special guy who loves CC Lemon, became the group leader and caught everyone’s attention due to our CC Lemon slogan in that workshop. It was a wonderful workshop.

I, who was a speaker and leader, tend to be leading the team based on my decision. The participation nurtured me to be a listener, where the decision is made based on the majority of the team.

The most important thing is the culture and ideal difference between Japan and other countries. The exchange of culture and ideal in the workshop is very useful. Once the participants are able to understand and realize the differences, it would have a huge impact on the growth of globalization in Japan. The world is changing, we need to learn the good things from others and continue to improve and adapt to it.
